Project Overview:
– Improve the organizational structure of the company through the implementation of innovative strategies and more effective tools and work methodologies;
– Make an investment in internationalization that is larger than usual, but sure of its correct form of financing;
– Increase the level of billing, being in proportional terms more notorious at the level of the MICE segment but continuing to bet on the leisure segment, in order to balance the offer with the end customer;
– Decrease in percentage terms the dependence of the French market, but always with the firm objective of attracting new clients;
– Increase the customer base through the diversification of markets, entering new markets never before explored by the company;
– Strengthen and innovate outbound and inbound marketing actions;
– Differentiate more and more from direct competition in terms of technical quality to reach a larger market share;
– Evolve at the staff and organizational levels, creating more qualified jobs in the areas of greatest need.
